Accessibility statement

Compliance status

VisionX is committed to making its website and digital service accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes our compliance status, the measures we have taken, and how you can report a barrier.

This site is maintained to substantially meet Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act), transposed in Spain by Law 11/2023, and the UNE-EN 301 549 standard. The technical reference is WCAG 2.1 Level AA; we also apply WCAG 2.2 Level AA criteria in preparation for the updated European standard.

Scope

This statement covers visionx.cc, including the public site, account access, the user dashboard, and related legal pages. Third-party content that we do not fund, develop, or control may fall outside our immediate technical reach.

Technical measures in place

A skip-to-content link; page regions (header, navigation, main content, and footer); accessible names on buttons and icons; labels and instructions on forms; alternative text on informative images; a visible focus indicator; text contrast on dark backgrounds; browser zoom that is not blocked; keyboard navigation in dashboard menus; and respect for the system reduced-motion preference.

Non-accessible or limited content

Barriers may remain in embedded third-party pieces (hCaptcha, payment checkouts, maps, or external widgets), older multimedia without alternatives, or tool results that display external data outside our control. If one of those pieces blocks you, email us and we will look for a reasonable alternative.

Reporting barriers

You can report any access difficulty to [email protected]. Include the URL, your browser or assistive technology, and what you were trying to do. We respond within 14 business days and prioritise fixes.

Complaint procedure

If you do not receive a reply, or you consider the reply unsatisfactory, you may contact Spain’s Office for Disability Support (OADIS) at the Ministry of Social Rights, Consumer Affairs and Agenda 2030: oadis.gob.es (opens in a new tab). You may also use the consumer complaint channels available in your EU Member State.

Legal and technical references

European Union: Directive (EU) 2019/882 (EAA). Spain: Law 11/2023. Technical standard: UNE-EN 301 549 (based on WCAG 2.1 AA; version 4.1.1 targets WCAG 2.2 AA). Outside the EU: we also use WCAG 2.2 AA as a practical baseline for US-style ADA web accessibility claims.
