VisionX acts as data controller when collecting user data (e.g. business contact, accounts or technical cookies). Processing is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).
Rights (Arts. 15-22 GDPR): You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object, request data portability and not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing. To exercise them: [email protected].

At VisionX, privacy is not optional: it is a technical requirement of the system. This Privacy Policy describes how we process personal data in our open source intelligence (OSINT) tool, as well as in commercial support for interested companies.

1Privacy approach
VisionX is designed with privacy by design principles.
- We do not ask for emails or passwords.
- We do not use advertising tracking cookies. Non-essential cookies (functional or analytics) are only used if you accept them in the banner; see the Cookie Policy for details.
- Your account consists of a random number that cannot be linked to your identity.
2Information we collect
AOSINT platform users
VisionX does not collect or store:
- Email addresses
- Passwords
- Names or other identifiable information
- Search or browsing history
Only a random account ID is generated to give you access to the service. This identifier is not linked to any personal data.
BAccess key purchases
If you purchase an access key or a paid plan, the external payment processor enabled at any given time (e.g. Plisio or other methods offered on the site) may require an email or other details to complete payment and send your receipt or key. Such data:
- Are processed by the payment processor in line with its privacy policy and terms
- VisionX does not use them for marketing or advertising
- Only the data strictly necessary to activate or maintain your access is brought into VisionX when the payment flow requires it
CBusiness enquiries from companies
When a company wishes to request a quote or establish commercial contact, we collect the following data through a secure form:
- Contact email
- Telegram username (optional)
- Company or representative name (optional)
Purpose: this information is used solely to respond to the commercial request or initiate professional contact. It is not used for marketing campaigns or shared with third parties.
3Purpose of processing
The data collected is used for the following purposes:
- To allow technical access to the tool via an anonymous identifier
- To manage purchases through external providers
- To handle commercial requests voluntarily submitted by companies
VisionX does not use data for analysis, advertising, profiling or any other additional purpose.
4Third-party services
VisionX uses some external services for platform operation:
- Cloudflare: web protection and optimisation. May process IPs at a technical level
- VPS provider: system hosting
- Payment processor(s) (e.g. Plisio or others as enabled): handle data required for charging and delivering or activating keys or plans
- Own form: only for collecting commercial contact data submitted by companies
These third parties act as independent controllers or processors as applicable, and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or equivalent legal mechanisms.
5Security
VisionX applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure data security:
- We do not store identifiable user information
- Emails sent through the commercial form are stored in secure environments
- Access to this information is restricted exclusively to authorised personnel
- We do not share information with third parties without explicit consent
6Data retention
- No personal information from general platform users is retained
- Emails used in the payment process are stored only by payment processors, not by VisionX
- Commercial data collected via the form is kept only for as long as necessary to manage the business relationship or respond to the request
7User rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), any person whose data has been processed has the right to:
- Access their data
- Rectify incorrect data
- Request erasure of their information
- Object to processing
- Restrict processing under certain conditions
- Request data portability
- Lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es)
In the case of general platform use, exercising these rights may not be technically possible, as VisionX does not collect identifiable information. To exercise your rights in the context of a commercial request, you can write to [email protected].
8International transfers
VisionX does not transfer personal data to third countries.
However, some of the external providers used (such as Cloudflare or the VPS provider) may operate outside the European Economic Area. In these cases, standard contractual clauses or other adequate safeguards recognised by the European Commission are applied to protect data.
9Minors
VisionX is not directed at minors under 18. We do not intentionally collect data from minors nor do we allow use of the service by persons under age.
10Changes to this policy
- We may update this privacy policy to reflect technical, regulatory or operational changes at VisionX.
- Updates will be published exclusively on this page.
- Individual notifications will not be sent, as VisionX does not collect emails from regular users.
