No. It is a web application; depending on your plan you can consume the same capabilities through a REST API without rolling out heavy clients to every analyst workstation.
The API exposes flows equivalent to the panel so you can orchestrate searches and checks; the UI remains available for ad-hoc work, peer review, and QA of outputs.
For Spanish customers, personal data obtained through OSINT falls, where applicable, under the GDPR (EU 2016/679) and the LOPDGDD (Organic Law 3/2018), in addition to any sector-specific rules that bind your organisation. VisionX is designed for information that is already public or gathered through lawful means; we do not provide legal advice: assessing lawful basis, proportionality, data-subject rights, security measures, and interaction with the AEPD or counsel remains with your organisation as controller in each matter.
