Found a vulnerability?
We value the work of security researchers and the community in keeping our platform secure. If you believe you have found a vulnerability, please report it responsibly.
Email [email protected] with the subject “Responsible disclosure” and include enough detail to reproduce the finding. We will confirm receipt as soon as possible and, where possible, give you an indicative timeline for the fix.
02 — Recognition
A programme for researchers.
Researchers who report valid, previously unknown vulnerabilities may receive recognition and compensation, depending on the severity and impact of the finding.
Eligibility criteria for reports
- The report must be about a previously unknown vulnerability.
- The vulnerability must present a clear risk to the security of our users or platform.
- Detailed steps to reproduce the vulnerability must be provided.
- You must allow reasonable time for us to fix it before any public disclosure.
03 — Shared responsibility
What you can do.
- Keep your account number in a password manager and never share it.
- Keep your devices and browsers up to date.
- Be wary of anyone asking for your account number: the VisionX team never will.
- Report any suspicious activity immediately.
