To report a security issue, email [email protected] with the subject line indicating "Responsible disclosure" and include enough detail to reproduce the finding. Our team will respond as soon as possible to confirm receipt and, where possible, an indicative timeline for resolution.

2Security Researcher Recognition Programme

We believe in recognising those who help improve our security. Researchers who report valid, previously unknown vulnerabilities may be eligible to receive recognition and compensation, depending on the severity and impact of the finding.

Eligibility criteria for reports:

  • The report must be about a previously unknown vulnerability
  • The vulnerability must present a clear risk to the security of our users or platform
  • Detailed steps to reproduce the vulnerability must be provided
  • Reporters must allow reasonable time for us to address the issue before any public disclosure
